HIGH-VIBRATION COIL Built for rugged off-road use, faster rise time, longer spark duration and improved overall performance Canister-style coil is encapsulated in high-temperature epoxy to protect windings and internal connections from the vibration/impacts that can destroy a typical oil-filled canister-style can coil Black heavy-duty alkyd tower prevents flashover to primary terminals Special low resistance and high-turns-radio windings ensure higher energy output with breakerless electronic ignitions and replacement distributors. For points systems, a ballast resistor (not included; order SKU# 49ZX9847Y) must be used with existing original ballast resistor (where applicable). Mounts in any position.
